White Chocolate Chip Brownie Batter Pancakes

Dessert brownies transformed into mouth-watering White Chocolate Chip Brownie Batter Pancakes. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup light vanilla soy milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 tablespoons white chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons Hershey’s chocolate
  • Instructions

  • Preheat griddle or skillet to medium-low heat. Combine milk, vanilla, butter, and chocolate syrup in a large bow. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder until combined. 
  • Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter onto griddle. Flip when bubbles begin to form and edges look “dry”, then allow to cook 1-2 minutes longer. Top pancakes with syrup, powdered sugar, nuts, and additional chocolate chips.
