Toasted Coconut & Cashew Granola

Savory cashews combined with sweet coconut and toasted to perfection to create this delicious and healthy on-the-go-granola. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. Spread contents onto a single layer greased baking sheet. Bake for about 70 minutes or until fragrant and golden brown. Allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
