1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup cashews
1 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. Spread contents onto a single layer greased baking sheet. Bake for about 70 minutes or until fragrant and golden brown. Allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
