Skinny Addicting Cinnamon Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 over-ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • dash of salt
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar + 1 tablespoon cinnamon, mixed
  • Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray one 9×5 bread pan* with cooking spray. Mix bananas, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon together in a medium sized bowl. 
  • In a separate bowl combine baking soda, salt, and flours. Gently mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined. Pour batter into bread pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
