Easy, healthy and ultra-tasty oven Roasted Broccoli makes a quick and simple side dish recipe the whole family will crave.
4 cups broccoli florets
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper, or to taste (less if using ground black pepper)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2-3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
fresh squeezed lemon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Arrange broccoli on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat.
Rearrange broccoli so that it is in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add optional ingredients now, if using.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender and edges are crisp. Serve immediately.
