2 medium over-ripe bananas, mashed
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl combine bananas, sugars, pumpkin, and vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice, mixing until just combined. Pour batter into a greased bowl 8×4 bread pan. Bake for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 and cook an additional 30 minutes or until top begins to brown and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.*
Remove from oven and allow to cool before removing from pan, slicing and serving.
