Ooey gooey mini caramel sticky buns made with only 4 ingredients and ready in just 20 minutes! These tasty little breakfast buns are amazing!!
1 8-ounce tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
5 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
3-4 tablespoons Diamond of California Pecan Bits
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a regular size muffin tin. Slice butter into 12 thin slices and place one in the bottom of each muffin tin compartment.
Divide Brown sugar between each the compartments, then sprinkle pecan bits on top of the brown sugar. Place one biscuit in each muffin tin compartment.
Bake for 8-10 minutes in preheated oven. Place a baking sheet or serving platter face-down on top of the muffin tin and carefully flip the it over to allow the sticky buns to loosen and release from the muffin tin.
If desired, top sticky buns with extra homemade or store-bought caramel sauce, serve warm!
