These Lemon Parmesan Green Beans are an easy peasy side dish that is full of flavor and goes great with just about any main dish!
1 pound green beans
1 medium lemon
1 teaspoon dry oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup shaved parmesan
Boil green beans 10-15 minutes or until tender but not soggy. Remove from heat, strain, and pat dry.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread beans out on a large baking soda. Sprinkle with oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with shaved parmesan. Slice lemon in thin rounds and place slices on top of green beans. Bake 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
