Indian Spiced Mango Chutney

Pureed mangoes mixed with Indian spices to create this delicious Indian Spiced Mango Chutney. 


  • 1 large mango, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Instructions

  • Add mango, garlic, vinegar, sugar and honey to a small sauce pan and cook over high heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture begins to bubble. Reduce to simmer. 
  • Add seasonings and allow to simmer 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and either serve warm or allow to cool in fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
