A quick and healthy creamy blueberry smoothie, perfect for breakfast or an afternoon pick me up!
1 avocado, diced
2 cups frozen blueberries
6 ounces blueberry greek yogurt (about 1/2 cup)
1-2 cups milk or water (I used almond milk)
1/2 cup ice
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
sweetener to taste
Add 1 cup of milk and remaining ingredients to a blender. Puree until smooth. Add milk 1/4 cup at a time until desired consistency is reached.
